make a Payment?
An
E-mail with a
Hyperlink to our
checkout will be
generated
automatically.
The link will
provide you with our
bank account details
and information to
guide you through
the payment
procedures. You can
change your shipping
address at this
point if required.

02. Can I
Collect my order?
Unfortunatley
at the present
moment in time
collection from our
warehouse is not
permissable..

03. How long
is the Warranty on
Tents?
We
offer a 12 month RTB
(Return to Base)
warranty on all our
tents which
includes parts and
labour. This
warranty covers
manufactured defects
but does not include
wear and tear or
misuse and abuse. We
do not give cash
refunds. If we
cannot repair your
item we will replace
it with an item of
equal or greater
specification. In
order to process
your warranty claim
we will require a
copy of your invoice
which will act as
your receipt of
purchase. You will
be responsible for
all shipping costs
incurred.

only ship to the
countries listed?
We
have listed the
countries that we
can ship to at a
competitive price.
We are prepared to
ship to other
countries if you are
prepared to pay the
shipping costs.
These can be
substanial. We
would therefore
request that you
request a shipping
quote before making
a purchase or bid.

We accept the
following methods of
payment:

07. How do you
calculate the
shipping costs on
additional items?
The
initial cost is
taken from the item
with the highest
shipping cost.
Substantial
discounts may be
given to additional
items. Our
Shipping Table lists
in detail the
discounts allocated
to each weight class
and zone.
Please note that our
shipping cost includes,
Insurance, Packing
Material, and
Warehouse time to
select and pack your
order. Countries
outside the EU will
also have the
additional cost to
cover import costs.

What are
the shipping times
to the countries
listed?
We
ship all orders
within 24 hours of
receiving payment.
Please note bank
transfers can take
up to 5 working days.
The shipping time to
Germany is 1 - 2
working days.
Countries listed in
Zone 1 have a
shipping time of 2 -
3 days and countries
listed in zones 2, 3
and 4 have a
Shipping Time of 3 -
4 working days.
Please note public
holidays and
weekends will extend
the delivery time.

insured?
All
of our shipments are
fully insured and
tracked to your door.
If you have not
received your
shipment within 5
working days of
despatch please
contact us by E
Mail? The date of
despatch is E Mailed
to you automatically
when your order is
processed.

the complaint
procedure?
If
you are not
satisfied with your
order or the service
we have provided in
any way.
Please inform us by
E Mail. Our E
Mail address is sales@nordikcamping.de
The E Mail should
detail the date of
Purchase, Ebay Name,
Artical number.
If the complaint is
regarding a fault
with the product
please attach
pictures of the
fault to assist our
investigation.

11. I would
like to cancel my
purchase. What do I
do?
Right
of cancellation
You
have a right to
cancel your order
for any item
purchased on a fixed
priced sale for a
full refund within
seven days after
receipt. However,
you must take
reasonable care of
the item/s and must
not open them. You
will be responsible
for the shipping
costs both to and
from your address.
To cancel your order
you must advise us
by email or in
writing.
All
cancellations will
be subject to a 10%
cancellation fee,
this will be to
cover the costs
incurred.
If
you have received a
faulty or incorrect
item, you must
notify us within
seven days of
receipt.
PLEASE
NOTE: All items must
be returned in their
original packaging.

cost of returning an
